Incident Resolved: [Wednesday, Dec. 01., 2021, 12:02 p.m. (ET)] Customer Support Contact Form Down - Low Impact
On Monday, November 29, 2021, Hoylu identified, through our monitoring processes, an error generating from our Support Form. A case was opened with our third-party vendor, and the issue was resolved early this morning.
The identified issue was an outdated email address causing the form to no longer operate.
Once identified, our teams quickly made the updates and resolved the issue. The online Hoylu Support Contact form is once again working and available to all customers.
We apologize for this error and have immediately put additional internal steps in place to ensure this does not occur again.
Any open tickets regarding this issue will be responded to through our Customer Success Team.
