Incident Resolved: [Friday, Dec. 03., 2021, 3:33 p.m. (ET)] Pull Planning Tickets Displaying Improperly – Medium Client Impact
Earlier today, Hoylu identified, through our Client Success Team, that our Pull Planning Module encountered issues with tickets displaying properly. This issue was not global, impacting only a few clients.
A coding issue, from our latest release, was identified as the root cause of today’s incident. Once identified, our teams quickly resolved the issue – the entire process taking just under 2 hours from report to resolution. The coding change resolved all issues.
We apologize for this error and have immediately put additional internal steps in place to ensure this does not occur again.

We are aware of an issue related to our latest Pull Planning update impacting some large Pull Plans which are experiencing issues with tickets displaying properly. This is not impacting any data related to the workspaces. We have quickly identified the root cause and are actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as they become available.
