[Resolved] Incident Alert Notification: Some Workspaces Are Not Loading - Minor Impact
Hoylu identified, through our monitoring processes, the system had a partial disruption to some workspaces not loading. This issue was not global — and lasted under 90 minutes, on Wednesday, February 09, 2022, from 21:13 – 23:08 UTC. We have communicated with those clients/users directly impacted. The identified issue was a DNS server failure.Once identified, our Engineers immediately determined the root cause and restarted the impacted servers. This restart resolved all issues. We apologize for this error and have immediately put additional internal steps in place to ensure this does not occur again. Any open tickets regarding this issue will be responded to through our Customer Success Team.
