[Resolved] Hoylu Incident Alert – [Monday, April 25, 2022, 3:15 p.m. (ET)] - Some Workspaces Are Not Loading - Minor Impact
Hoylu identified, through our monitoring processes, that the system had a partial disruption to some workspaces not loading. This issue was not global — and lasted under 30 minutes, on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 2:45 – 3:15 p.m. (ET).
Once the issue was identified, our Engineers immediately determined the root cause and restarted the impacted servers. This restart resolved all issues.
We apologize for this error. There is a small chance that some clients who were impacted may experience partial data loss in their Workspaces at the time of the incident.
