[Resolved] Hoylu Incident Alert – [Wednesday, August 24, 2022, 12:04 p.m. (ET)] - Degraded Performance - Low Impact
Earlier today (24 August 2022), Hoylu’s platforms experienced degraded performance. The issue occurred at 11:58 a.m. (EST) and was resolved by 12:01 p.m. (EST) – lasting only three minutes.
During this time, some users may have seen a message stating “Reconnect and Save” while in a Hoylu Workspace or may have discovered the Hoylu Dashboards did not load.
Once the disruption was noted, our systems automatically activated the fix, as was expected. Our Engineers reviewed the process and confirmed the auto deployment worked as was intended and the issue self-resolved.
