[Resolved] Hoylu Incident Alert – [Sunday, September 11, 2022, 9:16 p.m. (ET)] - Degraded Performance - Low Impact
Earlier today (11 September 2022), Hoylu’s platforms experienced degraded performance. The issue occurred at 2:57 p.m. (EST) and was resolved by 5:19 p.m. (EST) – lasting under 3 hours.
During this time, some users may have seen a message stating “Error Fetching Workspaces” with the Workspaces not loading in your Hoylu Dashboards.
Once the disruption was noted, our teams activated the fix. Our Engineers reviewed the process, confirmed the root cause, and implemented the solution that worked as expected. We monitored the systems for an additional 4 hours before determining the degraded performance was officially resolved.

We are aware of an issue with some Workspaces not currently loading. We are continuing to investigate the situation and determine a root cause. We will provide updates as they become available. Any open tickets regarding this issue will be responded to through our Customer Success Team.
