How do I access my Workspaces in Hoylu?

After going to https://app.hoylu.com/, you can log in and see your Dashboard, where all the Workspaces you have created and have been allowed to access will be found. Make sure to bookmark this page!

Can I limit access to my shared Workspaces?

Of course! Use the three-dot menu on the bottom right of each Workspace tile in your Dashboard or go to the Share button on the top right corner of any Workspace you are currently working within to open up the permission settings and modify it as you see fit. See this article for more information.

Is there any guest access for Workspaces?

Yes! If you share a link to a Workspace with someone who has never signed up for Hoylu before, they will be asked to Enter as Guest by only providing their email address. The next time they enter Hoylu, however, they'll be prompted to create a free account to continue working.

I forgot my password; how do I reset it?

Go to https://app.hoylu.com/, click Sign In, type in your email. Once Hoylu asks for your password, a new button will appear below, Forget password? Follow the instructions and Hoylu will get you back into your Workspaces.

For Enterprise Users with SSO enabled, please reach out to your IT services to help reset your SSO password.

If I delete a shared Workspace, will it delete for everyone else too?

Yes. This is why we ask you to make sure you are certain about deleting your Workspace since it will remove all traces of the work within for yourself and everyone else you may have once invited into it. Please explore other options like hiding or leaving Workspaces before taking this step.
