Can I pay for my subscription annually instead of monthly?
Hoylu allows you to choose between annual and monthly payments for your subscription, but should you change your mind, you will need to cancel the subscription and start a new one with your preferred time increment.
How do I change my payment method?
Access your subscription by going to your user marble on the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Click on Manage Account
- Click on the blue Manage button
- Log in to the Management Portal using your Hoylu login
- Click the Billing tab
- Click the Manage button on the bottom right of the page
- Click the + Add payment method button

If I downgrade my Plus Plan subscription to a Free Plan, will I lose my Workspaces?
You will still be able access and review all your Workspaces, though you will no longer be able to add new content. You will only be able to edit or delete content.
How do I cancel my Plus Plan subscription?
