RESOLVED: [Tuesday, 10 January 2023- 12:46 p.m. (ET)] Based on our internal monitoring and in response to our website host, Siteground, and Google, the issue is now resolved for all affected users.
Our internal teams will continue to monitor overall performance. During this global cloud disruption, all Hoylu applications were fully operational and working as expected.
We will respond to any Support tickets related to this issue accordingly.
INITIAL NOTICE: [Tuesday, 10 January 2023- 10:10 a.m. (ET)] Some Hoylu clients are reporting an outage to our website, www.hoylu.com, which may cause a temporary delay in accessing our platforms. Our Hoylu applications are fully operational and working as expected.
Upon investigation, the issue appears to be global networking between certain Internet Service Providers and specific Google Cloud networks. This is a global problem impacting companies worldwide, depending on the geographic region of our users. Not all Hoylu clients are experiencing this issue.
We will continue to monitor our website host, Siteground and Google for additional information. At this time, there’s no known timeframe for when this will be resolved.
