Through internal monitoring, Hoylu has discovered an issue with some Hoylu Dashboards not currently loading. Users may receive a message saying, “Something went wrong, our engineers are working on it” or “error fetching workspaces.”
Though a quick web browser refresh resolves the issue, some users may still experience a slower than normal loading time of their Hoylu Dashboard or continue to receive the pop-up notifications.
Once the disruption was noted, our teams actively began the fix. Our Engineers reviewed the process, confirmed the root cause, and implemented a solution. We will continue monitoring the systems for another 4 hours before determining whether the issue is resolved.
