Our Engineering teams have completed the final phase of the IP address changeover. We've tested and validated all systems are working as expected.
In the unlikelihood you experience any issues with your JIRA/Agility Integrations, please log out of Hoylu and refresh your web browser or relaunch your Hoylu app. This should resolve any connection issues that may occur during the small window of time the IP addresses are being switched over.
If this does not resolve your issue, please contact the Hoylu Support Team by Submitting a Support Ticket via your Client Support Portal.

[Update - Wednesday, May 03, 2023, 11:42 p.m. (ET)] - System Notification for JIRA/Agility Users
As previously announced, Hoylu is undergoing system updates in the morning hours of Thursday, May 04, 2023 (CET) to provide clients with a secure environment. As part of this update, new Firewall IP addresses have been added.
In the unlikelihood you experience any issues with your JIRA/Agility Integrations, please log out of Hoylu and refresh your web browser or relaunch your Hoylu app. This should resolve any connection issues that may occur during the small window of time the IP addresses are being switched over.

We are delaying the launch of the new IP addresses to provide our clients additional time to deploy and test the required Firewall IP updates.
Clients needing to make these IP changes must do so by 5 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, May 02, 2023. Failure to add the above IP addresses may result in a disruption of service to your organization.

Notice: Changes Impacting Customers with Firewall IP Restrictions [Friday, April 14, 2023, 4:00 p.m. (ET)]
Our Engineering teams are planning for system updates to continue providing clients with a secure environment. We’ll replace our VMs and networks hosting the app with a newer version. This includes OS security updates and improved security posture.
As part of this update, any clients with firewall IP restrictions will need to add the below IP addresses to ensure there is no disruption to their Hoylu services.
The following three IP addresses to be added are:
- 108.143.106.244
- 108.143.106.255
- 108.143.109.98
Clients needing to make these IP changes must do so by 5 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Failure to add the above IP addresses may result in a disruption of service to your organization.
