Through internal monitoring, our Engineers and QA teams were alerted of a potential issue with new Hoylu workspaces not appearing in the Hoylu Dashboard.
Upon investigating, our teams discovered a minor issue impacting our docimentid-server, which caused the issue to occur. After a quick restart of our systems, the issue was resolved.
During this period, any new Hoylu workspaces that were created remained, and no data loss occurred. Clients may have seen their workspace did not appear in their Dashboards; however, with the issue being resolved, those workspaces now appear. Again, no data loss occurred and all workspaces are accessible via the Hoylu Dashboard.
We will respond to any Support tickets related to this issue accordingly. This will be the only System Status Page update associated with this incident.
