Show Warnings on Overcommitted Tasks/Resolve Warnings

Screen Shot 2022-07-08 at 12.05.55 PMYou can continue to resolve these issues manually, by dragging the tasks across the boards to the desired days. When the tasks are no longer highlighted in red, it indicates that the warning has been resolved.

Additionally, we now offer automatic options to resolve crew size conflicts.

1. Click on the red people icon Screen Shot 2022-07-08 at 12.06.01 PMwithin the task.

2. A “Crew Size Exceeded” popup box will appear.

Screen Shot 2022-07-08 at 12.06.08 PM
3. Two options are now available as noted above.

a. Reduce crew size – this will automatically reduce the people assigned to the task to the available maximum crew size previously defined. If the amount of people working on the task cannot be reduced enough to resolve the conflict, this option will be greyed out.

b. Ignore task crew size calculation – this can be used when a task will require more than the maximum crew size.

You can also view any warnings via the Insights Panel. A warning iconScreen Shot 2022-07-08 at 12.07.07 PM will appear in red
