On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, Hoylu’s Support Team received several cases from clients indicating their workspaces were periodically not saving. Over the past several days, our Product and Engineering teams identified the issue, conducted a phased approach to establishing and implementing a solution, and successfully deployed a fix.

The initial fix was deployed on Saturday, March 05, 2022. Out of an abundance of caution, we closely monitored the performance to the change in production over the past several days. It remains stable. Currently, there is no evidence of data loss.

Our teams will continue to monitor the overall performance of our systems. Updates on previous communications associated with this issue can be found on our System Status Page.

Any open tickets regarding this issue will be responded to through our Customer Success Team. If you encounter any future technical-related issues, please open a Support Case using our online form.

We are continuing to work on resolving the issues related to Workspaces periodically not saving. We have identified the issue and our teams are actively working on the fix. We have broken the fix into four phases. Over the past several days our teams have successfully tested and deployed phase one of the fix and continue to aggressively work on phase two.

This is not a global impact and only affects some users.

Our current recommendation is to remain in the browser tab while working in the workspace (do not refresh the page or navigate away from the page). Additionally, avoid opening multiple workspaces at the same time from the same browser.

We’ll continue to provide updates as our teams work to implement a resolution via our System Status Page. A final resolution email will be sent once work is completed. Any open tickets regarding this issue will be responded to through our Customer Success Team
