Low Inquiry for information (for example, “how-to” scenarios”). Normal Minimal effect: the company can still provide all critical services to all users but has lost efficiency (for example, a few users experience workspaces not saving). High The Company has lost the ability to provide critical services to a subset of system users (for example, partial data loss/workspaces not saving with impact to multiple users). Urgent The Company can no longer provide critical services to users (for example, complete outage, all client's workspaces not saving, and data-security incidents).
