Using Jira with Hoylu Projects (Admin guide)

Connecting Jira account with Hoylu application:

A user needs to click on the import icon from the upper left corner of the workspace. Then choose Jira from the integration tab as shown in the photo below.

It will then ask you to log-in with your own Jira account. After logging-in you would need to allow access of your Hoylu account to your Jira account. Afterwards, it will open up Jira-import window.

Jira Ticket and Custom fields:

Also, you can enable ´Custom Fields´ by click on the Settings icon on the Jira ticket itself.
