The latest release includes: 

• Invite New Users from Dashboard 
• Pull Planning – Show Title & Description Over Hover 
• Additional In-App Training Guides

May 2022 Release Notes 

Invite New Users from Dashboard 

You can now invite new users to Hoylu right from your Dashboard.  

1. Click on Invite People, located on the upper right side of your Dashboard.  
    
2. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to enter the email addresses of individuals you’d like to invite to join Hoylu. 
3. Clicking Invite will trigger an email to go to the individuals you wish to invite.  

Pull Planning – Show Title & Description Over Hover 

Now, when viewing tasks in your Pull Plans, if there is no description in the task, we allow the title to expand to two (2) lines of text. 

Additionally, for tasks with descriptions, you can now hover your mouse over a task and review a full description without having to click into the task. 

Both of our new Pull Planning features are automatically available to all users. 

Additional In-App Training Guides 

In working to expand our commitment to client onboarding and continuous training, we’re releasing two new in-app training guides.  

Agile Planning Guide 

1. When you’re in the Agile Planning module, you can now click on the Hoylu Resource Center icon on the lower left side of your screen.
2. Select Training Guides from the list. 
3. Then select Agile Planning Guide. This will automatically launch the in-app training guide. 

Pull Planning Guide 

1. When you’re in the Pull Planning module, you can now click on the Hoylu Resource Center icon on the lower left side of your screen.
2. Select Training Guides from the list. 
3. Then select Pull Planning Guide. This will automatically launch the in-app training guide. 

Launch of Product Feedback Portal 

Client feedback is critical to the design of our Product Roadmap. Starting with the May 2022 Product Release, we’re launching a new in-app form and Feedback Portal. The form will allow users to easily submit product feature requests right from the Hoylu Resource Center.  

Additionally, you can enter the Feedback Portal where you not only can submit a request, but also see what’s coming or features that are now released. This new portal allows clients and Hoylu team members to engage in product feedback — voting on feature requests and providing us the insight needed to make strategic product decisions.  

To submit a Feature Request in the Hoylu Resource Center: 

1. When you’re in the Hoylu app, you can now click on the Hoylu Resource Center icon on the lower left side of your screen. 
2. Select Share Product Feedback from the list. 
3. Complete the form. 

To access the Feedback Portal in the Hoylu Resource Center: 

1. When you’re in the Hoylu app, you can now click on the Hoylu Resource Center icon on the lower left side of your screen. 
    
2. Select Share Product Feedback from the list.
    
3. Click Open in Portal via the link on the right corner of the form.  
4. A new browser window will appear where you can Submit a Request. Additionally, you can access your Feedback Dashboard, Releases, and What’s Coming via the left navigation bar.
   1. Dashboard: The Dashboard provides you access to Make a Suggestion, see Recently Released features, see your previously submitted requests under My Priorities, and get an overview and vote or follow other users’ requests under Suggested by Others.
   2. Releases: The Release section allows you to see past product feature requests that were released since February 2022. You can filter by Product Areas, like “Agile Planning” or “Pull Planning.” Additionally, you can click into the features to get details and feature descriptions.
   3. What’s Coming: The What’s Coming? Section allows you to see what our Product team is planning (In status: Planned) and adding to our roadmap for tentative build within the next 12 months. You’ll also see In Status: Building which includes features currently in build and will be coming soon! You can follow these requests for continuous and automatic updates.
