Deleting Your Account

We will be sad to see you go, but we understand and hope to see you again somewhere down the road!

To begin the process of deleting your account, please make sure you cancel any subscriptions you might have. Click here for instructions on how to do so.

1. Navigate to the top right corner of your Dashboard
   
   
2. Click on your User Marble
   
   
3. Click on Manage Account
   
   
4. Click on Delete Account in the popup
   
   
5. Verify your identity by logging in once more
   
   
6. Click the checkbox on the bottom left corner to acknowledge that deleted accounts cannot be recovered
   
   
7. Click the Delete Account button

Once this process has been initiated, our Support team will reach out to you for one last verification and will then proceed with the account deletion process.
