Holidays and Non-Working Days
You can adjust the default non-working days or weekends when first setting up a Pull Plan, but as an admin of the Workspace, you can also add Holidays or add working or non-working days on the fly.
- Expand the Week in which you need to adjust
- Click on the day or date Title that you want to set as a holiday or non-working day
- Click on the day or date Title again to remove the holiday/non-working day
Figure 1. Setting Holidays/Non-Working Days.
If you click on a working day, the day column will appear gray and will have a strikethrough on the day. If you click on a weekend or default non-working day, the day will turn white and the strikethrough will disappear from the day and date.

✏️ Note: Admins can hold down Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and click on the day to set it back to the Plan defaults of a blue-colored weekend.
If you don't want to make this change for every Swimlane in the Plan, however, you can also bypass the default Timeline Settings by toggling the options in the individual Tasks themselves.
- Right-click on a Task that you want to adjust for weekends or non-working days
- Click on the Task icon on the left side of the menu bar that appears above the selected Task
- Click on either Respect Holidays or Ignore Holidays, depending on your situation
