Admins of Workspaces with Pull Plans will have access to Settings that help set up and control the Pull Plan. You must be an admin of the Workspace to see these following settings.
Plan Settings Bar
To set up the Pull Plan and control various participant-level settings, use the Plan Settings Bar located on top center of the Pull Plan.
- Click on the three-dot menu
- Click on Settings in the dropdown menu

This is where you can control the name of the Pull Plan as well as how much control you would like your participants to have when it comes to adjustments of the structure.
Timeline Settings allows you to mark the anchor date or start date of your project. This is also where you can decide if you and the teams will be working on weekends on a global level.

Swimlane Settings allows you to add, rename, colorize, reorder, or remove Swimlanes from a list view.

Label Interactivity allows you to turn on the Labels of each Task's location for visibility purposes or to use the Smart Label functionalities of moving tickets back and forth between Swimlanes or even Agile Boards if they are also present in the Workspace.

Control Center
The Hoylu Control Center provides additional enhancements to the Pull Plan experience.
To access the Control Center:
- Navigate to the top left corner of the Workspace
- Find the small arrow pointing downward beside the Title of the Workspace and click on it
- Click on the Control Center in the dropdown
😎 Pro Tip: The keyboard shortcut to open the Control Center is F1 for Windows or fn + F1 for Macs.

- Connections will allow you to change the default appearance of dependency lines as they are created between Tasks.
- Plan & Board allows you access to the same options on your Plan Settings Bar, but also the added option of navigating directly to the Plan or additional Board structures you've added to the Workspace.
- Task & Milestone allows you to switch on additional fields to the Task Editor (including Assignee, Progress, and Replanning) and making other fields mandatory. This is also where you are able to add a dashed warning outline for any color vision assistance.
- This section can also be accessed by clicking on the gear icon on the top right hand corner of the Task Editor.
- This section can also be accessed by clicking on the gear icon on the top right hand corner of the Task Editor.
- Teams is where the Plan Settings Bar will direct you when you click Team Settings, where you can add, edit, and remove Teams.
- User Assignments is where you can assign individual users to different Teams.
- Variance Reasons is where you can add, edit, or remove any variance reasons that appear when marking a Task as incomplete.
