Overview

You can find the Weekly Work Plan in two places in your Project: in any of the Project Workspaces and in the Project Dashboard itself.
- Workspace - click on the pie chart icon on the top left menu bar; use the dropdown menu on the top left to toggle from the Chart view to the WWP
- Project Dashboard - click on the Open Insights button; click on the WWP tab
Use the Date Range and Labels filter options on the top left corner to adjust the time period of the Weekly Work Plan and sort the information based on Categories or Labels. Use the wishbone icon to the left of a column to sort the view.
Use the filters on the right-hand side panel to narrow the scope of the report you wish to see from the Weekly Work Plan.
- Modified Since – narrow results to elements changed since the selected date to best see most recent updates
- Workspace (visible only from Dashboard) – narrows the scope of data to one or few selected specific Workspace(s)
- Team – filters to elements assigned to a specific Team
- Assignee – filters to elements assigned to a specific person in the Project Collaborators list
- Status – filters by planning status (Unplanned, Planned, Committed, Complete, Incomplete)
- Label – filters by individual Labels
- Category – filters by Categories of Labels; also used to filter by Swimlanes
If changes have been made since pulling the report, click on the refresh icon on the top right corner. If you wish to export this view, click on the printer icon beside the refresh icon.
Presets
After programming your Weekly Work Plan to a view that you use frequently, for example in Figure 3, narrowing down the view to one team's unplanned Tasks, you can click on the link icon to copy a link to this view, paste it into a new window or tab on your browser, and bookmark the page so you can open it without even needing to open the Workspace.
Hoylu will automatically adjust the dates of the preset to current day, so you can use the same link weeks after you first generated it. You can do this as many times for as many configurations as you need.
Mobile View
Through the QR code generator, Hoylu also provides a mobile view for on-the-go updating, allowing you to status Tasks, adjust dates and durations, add progress, review history, and even pin the link to your Home Screen so you can always easily access the link.
Click on the QR code icon on the top left corner, depicted in Figure 3, so a QR code will appear on your screen. Direct your team to use their mobile phones or tablets to scan the QR code, log into their Hoylu accounts on their mobile browsers, and navigate the WWP.
