Activity Report

You can find the Activity Report in two places in your Project: in any of the Project Workspaces and in the Project Dashboard itself.

• Workspace - click on the pie chart icon on the top left menu bar; use the dropdown menu on the top left to toggle from the Chart view to the List
• Project Dashboard - click on the Open Insights button; click on the Activities tab

Use the filters on the right-hand side panel to narrow the scope of the report you wish to see from the Activity List.

• Modified Since – narrow results to elements changed since the selected date to best see  most recent updates
• Workspace – narrows the scope of data to one or few selected specific Workspace(s)
• Team – filters to elements assigned to a specific Team
• Assignee – filters to elements assigned to a specific person in the Project Collaborators list
• Status – filters by planning status (Unplanned, Planned, Committed, Complete, Incomplete)
• Label – filters by individual Labels
• Category – filters by Categories of Labels; also used to filter by Swimlanes
• Type – filters to include Activities and/or Activity Milestones

If changes have been made since pulling the report, click on the refresh icon on the top right corner. If you wish to export this view, click on the printer icon beside the refresh icon.

If you program the List, adding filters for a specific view, you can use the link or QR code icons on the top left of the window to preserve your filters and save presets of the List view. Open the link in a new tab or window of your browser or scan the code on your mobile phone to bookmark it on either platform. 

😎  Pro Tip: You can also paste the link to this preset directly into an empty Page of any Workspace, and it will open an embedded portal to this report directly in your Workspace so you can have a dashboard of reports. 

There are few more icons in the Activity Report compared to the other sections of the Project Insights that provide more detail on how the Activities have been adjusted along the Plans.

• CP column - shows which tasks are marked as Critical Path with an exclamation point
• double orange arrows pointing right - the Activity was adjusted to a later date
• double green arrows pointing left - the Activity was adjusted to an earlier date
• red triangle - the Activity is in conflict with a subtask
