V4 splits settings between two Control Centers, based on what they affect. When the two windows are open side by side, the Workspace Control Center appears with the same dark gray background, and the Project Control Center shows your Project's colors, so you can always tell which one you are changing.
The Workspace Control Center holds settings for one Workspace only: its description, page and Toolbar options, colors, connections, its Plans and Boards, and the Live Task, Milestone & Constraint section where you set who can edit. The V3/V4 switch at the top of the Workspace Control Center is how a Workspace moves to V4. Open it from the arrow next to the Workspace title, or press F1 (or fn + F1) on your keyboard.

Workspace Description
Add a summary or description of the contents and intentions of the Workspace both to help categorize and organize the work, but also take advantage of the AI that can help generate Teams throughout the planning process. See this article for more information, especially if you have an API key enabled in your Workspaces.
In addition to the description, bring in unique project ID numbers from other software that you may be importing from like P6.
Page
The Page section of the Control Center provides users the option to show or hide the grid background the page numbers. This is also where users can control the scrolling behavior when using a mouse (see this article for more details) and controlling the Swimlane and Timeline text sizes.
Toolbar & Colors
The Toolbar & Colors section of the Control center provides Workspace admins the ability to hide, show, or lock various tools in the Toolbar, which can be accessed from the plus button and the Configure Toolbar option on the Toolbar, as seen in Figure 5.
This is also where you can control the available color palettes for Strokes, Connection, Lines, Notes, and Shapes. See this article for more information on Custom Colors and Color Palettes.
Connections
The Connections sections explores the default connection settings and controlling the visibility of the different types of connections that can be used within a Workspace. See this article for more information on Connections.
Labels
The Labels section in the Control Center allows admins to add, edit, organize, and categorize the custom Labels they use for Tasks, Notes, and other objects in the Workspace. If you wish to use the same labels across all Workspaces, you will need to click the Upgrade Labels button so they are synced to the Project.
Plan & Board
Once the Workspace has grown to include multiple structures like Boards and Tables, the Plan & Board section allows you to add new structures, find existing ones, and access each of their Insights Panels and additional reports from a list perspective.
Live Task, Milestone & Constraint

The Live Task, Milestone, and Constraint section helps admins control how much editors in the Workspace are able to contribute, using the dropdown filters to allow everyone to add the elements, only team members, or only Workspace admins.
This is also where additional functionalities like Assignees, Progress, automatic replanned tasks, and the dashed warning outline on conflicting elements can be enabled.
