Hoylu Workspaces are continuous documents, so you can edit and return to them for as long as you do not delete them. However, if you would like to incorporate it into a presentation, print it out to share, or even just store them locally to your device, you can choose between multiple options:
- Export to PDF
- Export to XML(Data Export Hub)
- Export to CSV (Plan)
- Export to CSV([Depr.] CSV Export...)
Export to PDF

Click on the down arrow next to the Workspace Title on the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu, click on Export to PDF
- In the Print window, select a Destination for the file (to either print it or save it to your device)

Adjust any additional settings of your choosing
- Click on the Save button
✏️ Note: The PDF export will follow the numerical sequence of the layout of the Workspace Pages.
Export to XML (Data Export Hub)
Paid users are able to export to XML through the Data Export Hub, which appears in the Hoylu Control Center. This option allows for more detailed data exports with customizable fields like node types and metadata.

Navigate to the Main Menu bar on the top left corner

Click on the XML Export... option, which will open up the Data Export Hub section of the Control Center

Click the Settings button on the top right corner to access advanced settings for the export

Select the desired fields from the three dropdown options
- Click the Export button
Export to CSV (Plan)
If you are using a Hoylu Plan in your Workspace, you will be able to pick and choose what fields you would like to export into a CSV file. You can access it through the main menu, by clicking on the CSV Export (Plan)... option. (It will only appear in Workspaces that have a Hoylu Plan in it.) You are also able to access this option through the Insights Panel by following these steps:

Open the Insights Panel by clicking on the Chart icon in the Plan Settings Bar

Click on the .CSV icon on the top right corner of the List section

Click on the double arrow icons >> on the relevant fields to add that item to your .CSV export

Click the Save as preset button if you plan to do this export again
- Click the Export button

You can pick and choose what fields you would like to export, including the Type field, so you are able to differentiate between Tasks and Milestones, as well as including Connection Information in a separate file to show relationship types and lag time.
Export to CSV ([Depr.] CSV Export)
This option provides three different files based off the contents and setup of the Hoylu Plan in your Workspace: Tasks, By Weeks, and By Team. This option will be sunset in the near future and so is marked as "Deprecated."

- Click on the Save button for each of the three files
Figure 5 will give you a small glimpse of what each of these three files will look like once you export the Workspace.
