Hoylu Workspaces are continuous documents, so you can edit and return to them for as long as you do not delete them. However, if you would like to incorporate it into a presentation, print it out to share, import them into other software, or even just store them locally to your device, you can choose between multiple options.
Export Plan (PDF)
This is a shortcut to the Weekly Work Plan, and so the option will only appear in Workspaces that have a Plan in them.

Click on the down arrow next to the Workspace Title on the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu, click on the Export Plan (PDF) option, which will open the Weekly Work Plan section of the Insights Panel

Use the filters at the top of the window to adjust your preferred view of the Weekly Work Plan
- Click on the Export to PDF button
✏️ Note: Make sure you have background graphics checked on in your Print Settings so the colors and structure appears properly.
Export Plan (CSV)
This is a shortcut to CSV Export field picker in the Charts section of the Insights Panel; this option will only appear in Workspaces that have a Plan in them.

Click on the down arrow next to the Workspace Title on the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu, click on the Export Plan (CSV) option, which will open the CSV field picker

Select the fields you would like to add to your export by clicking on the double arrows in the middle (see Figure 2) or use the Preset dropdown at the top of the window to select a previously-saved Preset

Save your selection as a Preset if you plan on exporting the same type of file frequently
- Click the Export button
Export Data (XML)
The Export Data option will open the Data Export Hub in the Control Center and is a paid feature only available for admins of both the Workspace and the Project Folder to which it is assigned. This option allows for more detailed data exports with customizable fields like node types and metadata.

Click on the down arrow next to the Workspace Title on the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu, click on the Export Data (XML) option, which will open up the Data Export Hub section of the Control Center

Click the Settings button on the top right corner to access and review advanced settings for the export

Select the desired fields from the three dropdown options
- Click the Export button
Export Pages (PDF)
Export Pages will allow you to print out a page-by-page view of the Workspace, in the numbered order that appears on the top left corner of each Page.

Click on the down arrow next to the Workspace Title on the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu, click on Export Pages
- In the Print window, select a Destination for the file (to either print it or save it to your device)

Adjust any additional settings of your choosing
- Click on the Save button
