Sign Up for Hoylu

Welcome to Hoylu! We recommend using a Chrome or Edge browser in order to take full advantage of the tool and its benefits. Use this link to take that first step into Hoylu: https://app.hoylu.com/

1. Click on the Sign Up button
   
   
2. Type in your email address
   
   
3. Review the Terms of Use
   
   
4. Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Use
   
   
5. Click on the Join button
   
   
6. Click the Accept button to move forward to use personal data
   
   
7. Fill in the required fields for your first and last name
   
   
8. Type your preferred password (which must be between 12 to 64 characters long)
   
   
9. Choose if you would like to receive Hoylu news and updates
   
   
10. Click the Next button

Make sure you log into your email and validate your account at some point to complete the sign-up process.

Guest Accounts

If someone has sent you a Workspace link, you have the opportunity to join the Workspace as a guest so you can temporarily skip over the sign-up process.

1. Click on the Workspace link you were sent (or copy and paste it into your browser)
   
   
2. Click on the Enter as Guest button
   
   
3. Type your email address
   
   
4. Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Use
   
   
5. Click the Join button
   
   
6. Click the Accept button to move forward to use personal data

You will then be taken into the Workspace to join your colleagues. The next time you log into Hoylu, you will be prompted to finish setting up your account by providing your name and your preferred password.

Log In to Hoylu

After signing up for for Hoylu, you can go to https://app.hoylu.com/ to log in and access your Workspaces at any time.

1. Click the Login button
   
   
2. Type the email you used to sign up
   
   
3. Click the Login button to the right of your email
   
   
4. Type your password
   
   
5. Click the blue Login button

🚧  Caution: If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password? button below the password field, and you'll be sent a password reset email.

Log In with SSO

If your company has set up SSO (Single Sign-On) with Hoylu, you can use your company login information to log into Hoylu through this link https://app.hoylu.com/ without having to go through sign up process.

1. Click the Login button
   
   
2. Type in your company email address
   
   
3. Click the Login button to the right of your email
   
   
4. Upon the redirect, follow the normal steps you take when logging into your company account
