Hoylu provides a way to "look ahead" in your Pull Plan so you can share it with teams and participants, but you can also broaden or narrow down this schedule as much as you and your teams need.

To open the Weekly Work Plan (WWP):
- Navigate to the Plan Settings Bar on the top center of your Pull Plan
- Click on the clipboard icon
Filter
In order to narrow down your reporting, use any of the dropdown menu items in the Filter section of the Insights Panel.

- Type - allows you to toggle between showing Tasks or Milestones or showing both

- Milestones will have a diamond icon
- Constraints will have an hourglass icon

Swimlane - allows you to search, select, or multi-select Swimlanes in the Plan (including collapsed Swimlanes)

Team - allows you to search, select, or multi-select Teams you want to focus on in the report
- You can also click on the Team icon to show only that Team and turn off all the rest; click it again to show all Teams once more
- You can also click on the Team icon to show only that Team and turn off all the rest; click it again to show all Teams once more

Assignee (new as of March 2024) - allows you to search, select, or multi-select users that have been assigned to Tasks

Status - allows you to sort through the different Task statuses: Unplanned, Planned, Committed, Complete, Incomplete, and Only Warnings, which are Tasks in any state of conflict

Week - allows you to select the starting point of your look-ahead schedule
- The format of the Week names (i.e. '24 W9) is the abbreviated year (2024) and the week number (W9), which you can see as you're expanding and collapsing weeks in the Plan.

Duration - allows you to select how far ahead you would like to see in your WWP, with a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 2 years

Label - allows you to search, select, or multi-select Labels on any Tasks in the Plan (see this article to learn how to add custom Labels)

Display Options - allows you to select between four display options: Show Description, Show People, Show Labels, and Show Date
- The default is Show People, which is Crew Size and will display the crew size per day for the Task and the total amount of people on the site at the very top in the Overall section
You are also able to reorient the view of the WWP by switching the view from By Swimlane to By Trade on the top of the Window. This will prioritize showing each Team's Tasks by their Swimlane placement.

Export as PDF
To export your desired view of the WWP, use the Export as PDF button on the bottom right corner of the window. To include your Constraint Log in this too, make sure you click on the checkbox on the bottom left corner before exporting, illustrated in Figure 4.

You can also specific Bookmarked Pages of your Workspace to the Export, in case you want to include important Tables, diagrams, or images. If you don't already have Bookmarks in your Workspace, click here to see how to add them.

Click on the Overview Mode icon on the top left corner of your Workspace

Find the Bookmark you'd like to add

Click on the three-dot menu of the Bookmark
- Click on Include in WWP PDF in the dropdown

The next time you export your WWP, the Bookmarks you have added will appear as the first few pages of the export.
🚧 Caution: Make sure you have "Background graphics" checked on your browser print settings to ensure you see the entire Weekly Work Plan structure.
