Stay focused without losing context. The new Focus Mode allows you to visually highlight only the elements that matter to you based on type, status, team, assignee, label, and more—while still keeping the rest visible for collaboration.
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + F(orF2) to activate Focus Mode. - Use the filter panel to spotlight by task type, trade, assignee, completion status, or custom labels.
- Jump between highlighted items with the
Fkey. - Focus Mode works across the full workspace, including Overview and annotations.
- Selections in Focus Mode only affect filtered items, making bulk edits simpler.

📋 Organized Labels with Categories
A cleaner, smarter way to manage labels. We’ve redesigned how labels work to help you stay organized and efficient, especially in workspaces with many labels.
- New label editor in the Control Center gives more room to view and manage labels.
- Label assignment panel automatically expands based on your number of labels.
- Create custom categories like "Names" or "Areas" to structure your labels.
- Easily assign labels to categories, reorder them, and customize colors.

🔄 Smarter Task Splitting
Break down complex tasks in just a few clicks. The enhanced task splitting tool lets you slice long tasks into smaller pieces for more granular planning and status tracking.
- Split by specific days of the week (e.g., every Monday) or by fixed durations (e.g., every 3 days).
- Automatically reconnect dependencies between new subtasks.
- Choose whether to include completed tasks and control which states are split.

Ctrl + Shift + Sfor quick access. - Replan and visualize subtasks efficiently with smart default positioning and clean-up tools.

🔢 Dynamic Timeline Text Sizing
Improved readability no matter how you view your plan. We've reintroduced dynamic text sizing on the timeline so you can always read dates and week numbers—whether you're zoomed in on a laptop or presenting on a large screen.
- Text adjusts automatically with zoom level.
- New control for selecting base text size based on your screen setup.
