Presenter Mode

You can host as many participants as you would like within a Workspace, so Hoylu offers Presenter Mode as an option to bring all users together into one page. When enabled, this will allow one user to guide all other participants from one page at a time to another until the function is disabled.

1. Click on the Presenter Mode icon on the top right corner of the Workspace in the User Presence Bar
   
   
2. Click the Start presenting button in the dialogue box
   
   
3. Navigate page-by-page through the Workspace and the participants will be brought along

Hoylu will always show the Page Number being presented to remind the Presenter which specific Page the audience is seeing (see Figure 2). If someone else wishes to take Presenter Mode from you, you will receive a popup on your screen asking if you would like to allow that person to take over or deny the request.

🚧  Caution: While you are in Presenter Mode, your participants will only see the Page in the center of your screen, even if you are zoomed out. Be conscientious of your audience.
