Move in the Workspace
There are a few ways to navigate inside your Workspace, using either a mouse, trackpad, or even your keyboard as a shortcut. Hold down the spacebar on your keyboard as you click and drag across the Workspace, which engages the Move Canvas tool, so you can review the contents of a Workspace without interacting with any of the objects.
-
Click and hold the left mouse button and move the cursor across open whiteboard space to move yourself around in the Workspace (if you click and drag on top of an object, you will move that object instead
- Use the same method or program specific gestures on your trackpad to emulate the click-and-drag motion in open whiteboard space
- Use your keyboard arrows (up, down, left, right) to move page-by-page in the Workspace
😎 Pro Tip: Hold down the spacebar on your keyboard as you click and drag across the Workspace, which engages the Move Canvas tool, so you can review the contents of a Workspace without interacting with any of the objects.
Zoom In/Out of the Workspace
There area also several ways to zoom in the Workspace, using either a mouse scroll wheel, gestures on the trackpad, keyboard shortcuts, and the zoom buttons on the bottom right corner of the Workspace.

Undo/Redo
Undo or Redo any of your last 25 actions by selecting either the left-pointing or right-pointing arrow icons respectively on the top left menu.
😎 Pro Tip: The normal keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Z or Ctrl + Shift + Z will work as undo and redo respectively as well.
Overview Mode
Overview Mode allows you review the Pages that have content in the Workspace, so you always know where your work lies. It also allows you to click into the general area you would like to zoom into immediately, instead of clicking and dragging to your preferred location.
-
Click on the grid icon on the top left corner of the Workspace
-
Zoom out so empty pages will be grayed out and the Toolbar disappears
- Click on the zoom level percentage on the bottom right corner of the screen and click on Overview
Overview Mode is where you can also add Bookmarks and set your Home Page. Check out this article for more information on how to do this.
Magnifier
As you navigate throughout the Workspace, you can use the Magnifier shortcut to review text in objects like Notes, Shapes, Text Boxes, Tasks, Milestones, and Constraints while zoomed out and even in Overview mode.
Hold down the Q button on your keyboard so your cursor transforms into a magnifying lens and hover over objects to see either a zoomed-in view of the object or to open up its Task window to review more information.
