Add things like instructions, schedules, and even watermarks to your Workspaces by using text boxes, which have very similar functions to Notes and Shapes.
Figure 1. Adding a new Text Box to the Workspace.
- Click on the ABC icon on the Hoylu Toolbar
- Click the left submenu popup to select the text size
- Click the right submenu popup to select your preferred text color
- Click and drag a text box from the Toolbar (or double-click into any area of the Workspace)
- Click and drag the dots on the sides and corners to change the dimensions of the text box
- Begin typing
- Press the Enter or Return button on your keyboard to confirm the text
- Double-click into the text box to edit it again
You can also draw Connection Lines between Text Boxes and other objects like Notes, Shapes, Tasks, Milestones, and Constraints.
😎 Pro-Tip: If you don't adjust the size of the Text Box, it will only show the text on the visible field when deselected, which can be a great way to hide some comments or additional details.
