When needing to manipulate a large number of Tasks, Hoylu provides several options to handle the information so you can explore your options based off your device, level of comfort, and intention behind the action. 

Multi-Select Tasks

You can use any of Hoylu's Selection Tools to multi-select Tasks:

• Rectangular Lasso - click and drag a square over all the Tasks you would like to select
• Lasso - click and drag a circle around the Tasks you would like to select
• Harpoon - click and drag over Tasks you would like to select

Additionally, you can use keyboard shortcuts like holding down the Ctrl (or Command on a Mac) key and clicking on additional objects to add it to the selection.

Select All Tasks in a Swimlane

1. Click on the three-dot menu on the Swimlane title bar
   
   
2. Click the Select all tasks option
   
   
3. All Tasks in the Swimlane will be included in the selection, but will exclude Notes, Shapes, Milestones, and Constraints

✏️  Note: You can add these excluded objects to the selection by holding down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and clicking on the desired objects.

1. Right-click anywhere in the Swimlane or open a week and click on the three-dot menu on the first day of the opened week
   
   
2. Click on either the Select tasks before or Select tasks after option
   
   
3. All Tasks before or after will be selected, including the current week

😎  Pro Tip: Use this in tandem with the option to Shift objects especially if you want to replicate a work sequence into another Swimlane.
