Organize Tasks in a Swimlane

To help organize all the Tasks in a Plan, Hoylu provides additional options in the Swimlane Settings so you can make sure no Tasks are overlapping or hiding behind others.

Clean Up will organize all Tasks in a Swimlane in a waterfall-style layout, which ensures nothing overlaps, including multi-week Tasks. This can be found in both the Swimlane Menu and by right-clicking within the Swimlane. This will maintain your preferred size for the Swimlane, which can cause some Tasks to be hidden.

Clean Up & Resize will both organize all Tasks in a Swimlane and auto-adjust the size of the Swimlane so nothing is hidden. This can be found in both the Swimlane Label menu and by right-clicking within the Swimlane.

Clean Up All and Clean Up & Resize All are two options that will apply to all Swimlanes in the Plan. This can be found by clicking on the three dot menu found on the floating timeline on a collapsed week or on the the first day of each expanded week or by right-clicking on the floating timeline.
