Add Labels to Cards

Labels are Project-level records organized into Categories (like "Area" or "Phase"), and they're more broadly assignable than Teams or Calendars: a Label can go on any Workspace element — live Tasks, Milestones, Constraints, and even notes or shapes, regardless of whether that element is connected to the Project database. Labels also do real work: they drive grouping in the Weekly Work Plan, filtering in Insights, and Swimlane assignment in Plans.

1. Hover over a card or any one card in a group selection
    
2. Click on the label icon on the bottom right corner
    
3. Select from any of the existing labels to add it to the selected card(s)
   • Or add a new custom label by typing into the open field and clicking the color box to assign it a new color
