Focus Mode

Focus Mode is designed to help you cut through visual clutter on a busy Workspace by letting you filter down to just the elements that matter for a specific purpose in the moment. Rather than hiding non-matching Tasks, Milestones, and Constraints outright, it greys them out so you keep the full context of the plan while still being able to zero in on what you actually need to look at (for example, one Team's work, everything still Unplanned, or a particular Label or Category).

It supports quick, situational views without restructuring the Workspace itself. You're not importing or removing anything, just changing what's visually emphasized. That makes it useful for things like a foreman scanning for just their team's tasks, or a project manager checking status across a dense plan without losing the surrounding picture.

1. Click on the flashlight icon on the top right corner of the Workspace
    
2. Program the filters to highlight the elements you would like to focus upon

The filters include:

• Type — filters by element type (task, milestone, or constraint)
• Team — highlights only elements assigned to a specific team
• Assignee — highlights only elements assigned to a specific person
• Status — filters by status (Unplanned, Planned, Committed, Complete, Incomplete)
• Label — filters by a specific label value.
• Label Category — filters by an entire label category (e.g., all "Area" labels) rather than one label at a time
• Last Update — surfaces tasks that have been changed within a selected time window, so you can quickly spot what's moved recently

Elements that do not fit your filters will not disappear but rather dim down. If you want more information on a dimmed element, hover over it and it will brighten. You can also scroll across all filtered items using the F keyboard shortcut.
