Lock in Background
- Click on the object
- Click the three-dot menu on the left side of the Context Menu
- Click on Lock in Background

😎 Pro-Tip: Group items together before locking it so they all can be unlocked together as well.
Lock in Foreground
Converse to locking objects to the background to ensure that they cannot be moved by participants, you are able to lock objects in the foreground to hide portions of a Workspace until they needed or relevant to the discussion.

- Right-click on the object
- Click on the three-dot menu on the right side of the Context Menu
- Click on Lock in Foreground in the dropdown menu
😎 Pro-Tip: You can also combine this with the admin lock option.
Unlock Objects
To unlock the object:
- Switch to any of the Move or Selection Tools on the Toolbar
- Click on the object
- Click on the padlock that appears
- Click on the opened padlock that appears next

✏️ Note: You can select a group of objects with any of the Selection Tools and lock all items to the background at the same time, but you must unlock them one-by-one.
Admin Lock
The new April updates provide Workspace admins with a higher level of control over locked objects in the Workspace.

- Follow the same steps to lock an object to the background
- Click on the locked object
- Click on the padlock with a star on it
