Our Task Progress feature allows users to track the work on individual tasks in real time, which can help to improve communication and collaboration, and ultimately lead to more efficient and successful projects.
1. Enable progress tracking in the task display by selecting the settings icon and then selecting the "Make Progress functionality available" button.
2. Update progress from 10% to 100% using buttons in the task or manual input. The task label will reflect progress accordingly.
Owners or administrators can easily update progress by clicking on the task progress label.
We separate task completion from supervisor confirmation. Teams can track progress to 100% before marking tasks as complete. Confirmed committed tasks will automatically reach 100% progress upon completion.
Note: Duplicating a task creates a new unplanned task with a progress reset.
The Insights panel and weekly work plan display progress for easy reporting. Progress is also included in CSV exports.
