Our Task Progress feature allows users to track the status on individual tasks for more detailed looks on actual progress.

As an admin of a Workspace, you can turn on this feature within the Control Center.

- Navigate to the top left corner of the Workspace to open the Control Center, as depicted in Figure 1 (or press F1 as a keyboard shortcut)
- Open the Task & Milestone section
- Click on the switch for Make "Progress" functionality available (Task only) to turn it blue
All Tasks in the Plan will now have an additional white label that participants of the Workspace can use to communicate the level of progress. The Insights Panel and Weekly Work Plan display Progress for easy reporting and will also be included in the CSV export. This can be updated three different ways:
- Click on the Progress Label on the bottom right corner of the Task to update the meter
- Double-click on the Task and update the meter
- Double-click on the Task and type in a number between 0-100

You can also hover over the open meter and scroll up and down on your mouse or touchpad to adjust the meter.
✏️ Note: We separate Task completion from supervisor confirmation. Teams can track Progress to 100%, but the Task will not automatically move into a Completed state.
