Upon each release, release guides will be provided and stored in the Hoylu Knowledgebase. Specific product changes — our adaptive workspaces, integrations with JIRA, Digital.ai Agility, and so on — can be found in the Hoylu Knowledgebase. You can search our revised Knowledgebase any time — it’s available 24/7 to provide training and guidance on utilizing the innovative features of Hoylu.

February 2024 Release Overview

Licensing Updates

Free Plan Changes: We've removed the three workspace limit and introduced an element cap across all editable workspaces. This allows for broader exploration of templates and functionalities without a time limit on advanced features. 

Limited Mode Introduction: For users exceeding their element cap, a limited mode allows workspace interaction without the ability to add new content, ensuring you can still work within your spaces without disruption.

Subscription and Management Portal: A new portal for managing subscriptions and upgrades has been launched, streamlining the process of changing your plan.

Planning Improvements

Smart Milestones: A key request fulfilled, allowing for specific milestone assignments and enhancing project tracking.

Renaming Trades to Teams: To broaden appeal and applicability beyond construction, making the solution more versatile for various industries.

Assistive Replanning Enhancements: Upgrades to replanning capabilities, including the ability to add reasons directly from the dropdown and performance improvements for large plans.

New Milestones

Milestone Elements: Newly introduced elements can be assigned titles, links, descriptions, and specific teams, enriching planning functionality.

• Milestones can now be dropped into any swimlane
• Milestones can be locked like task to restrict movements
  

Assignees

Task and Milestone Assignments: Enhancements allow for the assignment of specific individuals to tasks and milestones, promoting better collaboration and accountability.

Performance Improvements

Dashboard and Workspace Enhancements: Notable improvements in the loading speed of workspaces and smoother dashboard scrolling, especially beneficial for users with numerous workspaces.

Planning and Navigation: Significant investments in performance, especially for large plans, ensuring that highlighting, selection, and navigation are more efficient and responsive.
