Upon each release, release guides will be provided and stored in the Hoylu Knowledgebase. Workspace Setup Wizards

• Plan Setup Wizard: This first iteration simplifies workspace creation by guiding users through:

  • Naming the plan and configuring plan settings and timelines.

  • Setting up teams.

  • Automatically creating swimlanes.

• Customizable Templates: Template creators can configure which wizard runs at the start of a workspace, tailoring the experience for template users.

This streamlined setup process enhances efficiency for both new and experienced users.

Notifications Enhancements

• Self-Set Reminders: A new addition to our notification suite:

  • Set short-term reminders (e.g., 20 minutes, 1 hour) or long-term reminders (e.g., next day, next week).

  • Custom reminders for specific dates and times.

  • Task-specific options like "day before start" or "week before start."

These reminders integrate seamlessly with the Notification Center and email summaries, ensuring you stay on track.

Assistive Rescheduling Improvements

• Conflict Resolution: Automatically move tasks starting on weekends or holidays to the next viable date.
• Push and Pull Capabilities:

  • Push tasks to later dates.

  • Pull tasks forward for pre-construction or pull planning sessions.

• Enhanced Algorithms: Consider relationships like start-to-start dependencies and lags for optimal task placement.
• Manual Adjustments: Users can fine-tune task sequences for complex networks.

These updates provide greater flexibility and control, making it easier to manage intricate plans.

UX Updates

• Resizable Asset Panel:

  • Compact by default for smaller screens.

  • Drag and resize to fit your workflow, from compact views to large multi-screen setups.

  • Improved preview functionality for board backgrounds and images.

• Editable Labels:

  • Admins can remove the "edited by" labels when they are no longer needed.
