Workspace Description
Add a summary or description of the contents and intentions of the Workspace both to help categorize and organize the work, but also take advantage of the AI that can help generate Teams throughout the planning process. See this article for more information, especially if you have an API key enabled in your Workspaces.
In addition to the description, bring in unique project ID numbers from other software that you may be importing from like P6.
Page
The Page section of the Control Center provides users the option to show or hide the grid background the page numbers. This is also where users can control the scrolling behavior when using a mouse (see this article for more details) and controlling the Swimlane and Timeline text sizes.
Toolbar & Colors
The Toolbar & Colors section of the Control center provides Workspace admins the ability to hide, show, or lock various tools in the Toolbar as well as control the available color palettes for Strokes, Connection, Lines, Notes, and Shapes. See this article for more information on Custom Colors and Color Palettes.
Connections
The Connections sections explores the default connection settings and controlling the visibility of the different types of connections that can be used within a Workspace. See this article for more information on Connections.
Labels
The Labels section in the Control Center allows admins to add, edit, organize, and categorize the custom Labels they use for Tasks, Notes, and other objects in the Workspace. Check out this article for more information on how to use Labels in Tasks.
This is where you can also assign a color to the Categories so the Labels you add to Tasks, Notes, or Shapes will have a gradient of the Category and Label color.
Use the infinity icon in the Category bar to also toggle the ability to always see the Label or only when a user hovers over the Note or Task in order to save space.
Plan & Board
Once the Workspace has grown to include multiple large structures like Boards and a Plan, the Plan & Board section allows you to add new structures, find existing ones, and access each of their Insights Panels and additional reports from a list perspective.
Task, Milestone & Constraint
Best employed when using the Plan, the Task, Milestone, & Constraint section allows the Workspace admin to control mandatory fields in the Task Editor, label visibilities, and to take advantage of various advanced settings. To learn more about these advanced settings, click here.
Teams

Variance Reason
